With a bunch of colleagues here at Salesforce we will be organising an exciting Fundraising bike ride this summer, 90km with 2000 meters elevation gain per day!
It is an effort for the cause of "World Bicycle Relief", an organization committed to helping individuals overcome the barrier of distance and have better access to education, health care, and livelihood through the Power of Bicycles in rural parts of the world.
For students in rural Africa, a bike is a life-changing tool that helps increase attendance, improve performance, and help students show-up ready to learn. Please consider joining us for this fundraising Bike ride as we work to transform communities in Africa through the Power of Bicycles.
For the recipients, it is more than just a bike. It is a tool for economic and cultural empowerment.
Every Euro/Swiss Franc/Pound will make a difference, a contribution of $147 puts a brand new Buffalo Bicycle into the hands of a student fighting for her education.
